To our Educational Friends,

It is with great disappointment that we have been informed by Apple that RCC will no longer be involved in the Apple Education Agent program.

We will gladly accept and encourage that you submit any orders you may have for Apple products to RCC until Friday September 23, 2005.  After that date orders should be faxed directly to Apple and any questions you may have can be directed to Tara Maker or Randy Ritzel at 1-800-800-2775 ext 46851.

Please rest assured that any order that is or has been placed by Friday I will be involved with if a problem may arise.

Out of every disappointment comes an opportunity.  Reliable Computers & Consulting will be offering expanded fix / repair services with our dedication to quick turn around for schools, retainer accounts as well as service contracts and educational pricing on PC’s and other peripherals needed in your day to day operation.  We will still be offering AppleCare repairs as well as insurance repairs for schools insured through MSMA, and any non-warranty or non MLTI repairs at rates often less than the Apple Depot.

I would like to thank each and everyone for your support in purchasing Apple products from RCC and myself and look forward to the continued privilege of serving you in the future in all other IT aspects outside of Apple sales.

John Jensen and his staff at Reliable Computers in Rockport have been a great asset this past year. I have used their services for myself and for my school district. John and his staff have always been very courteous, professional and accomodating.........AND......they know what they are doing as well. I have had better luck with Reliable technicians than with most other technical support. I am definitely going to use their services much more in the future.
